Rooted Living Business Plan

For a class project, I created a business plan for an assistive living company based in Sudbury, MA to help senior citizens make home adjustments to accommodate their limited mobility. The plan includes an investor return analysis, key financial metrics, and a 5-year pro forma. Finally, the business plan describes the current senior living market and why investors should finance the company.
